The bold pediment with floral rosettes, including a three dimensional sunflower blossom in the center, eglomise panel with dragon fly, and double side columns are features of this classical form gilded mirror in the Sheraton style. The combination of elaborate decorative elements and impressive proportions come together successfully in one of the most visually appealing examples to have survived.
