A pair of decanters in the strawberry, diamond and fan pattern with shoulder flutes and applied neck rings. The pair survives in excellent condition with the original stoppers.

Closely parallels examples in Arlene Palmer, Artistry and Innovation in Pittsburgh Glass 1808-1882, p. 149, catalog # 52.

The pattern is found in Lowell Innes, Pittsburgh Glass 1797-1891, p. 142, plate 99; and the form is found in Innes, p.140, pl. 94.
